Delivery, shipping and handling
Our products are held in our central warehouse in Melbourne and are delivered within a few working days from receipt of payment. All delivery prices quoted include delivery and handling. All prices quoted are for delivery to one address only. You are responsible for paying any local duty or taxes on goods delivered outside Australia if applied. Export restrictions do not apply.

Postage and handling charges
There is currently no charge for shipping on this product.
Refunds and returns on goods
All requests for returns must be lodged within seven days of receipt of goods or are not available. If you receive incorrect or faulty goods please lodge a request for return within seven days of receipt of goods and we will arrange for a refund or replacement. All goods remain your property until received undamaged by us. Please quote your invoice number in all correspondence.
Goods not required will be refunded if in good condition. A 20% restocking charge will apply.
Repairs and Spare Parts
Repairs and spare parts are only available for some recent models. Delivery charges may apply. For enquiries please email info@trouserpress.com.au.

We quote in Australian dollars plus postage, and are glad to freight into New Zealand simply email us oninfo@trouserpress.com.au to arrange your order.
